Customer Reminder Program
Reminders tailored specifically to you and your vehicle.
It is critical that you know when your car needs attention. You will receive one of our reminders and can simply call us to review the items that may be needed. Here are the specific mailers you may receive:

Oil Change Reminders
We will send you a reminder mailer at the right time based on your specific driving habits and the type of oil you use. Furthermore, we provide clear, unobtrusive windshield stickers that show the date and mileage when your next oil & filter change is due. Lastly, we will always suggest the optimum lubrication products specified for your vehicle.

Scheduled Maintenance Reminders
Every vehicle has a maintenance schedule that should be followed, and we will send you a reminder for each major interval. Just call us and we will discuss services that may need to be performed. Together, we will determine what should be done and set the necessary appointment.
Technician Recommended Service Reminders
When you service your vehicle at Tom's Automotive Service, you may opt not to do everything that we recommend. That's ok: Our system saves those recommendations so we can remind you to take care of them at a time convenient for you.
